QUARTERLY MEETINGS Generally, quarterly meetings are held the third Tuesday of January, April, July and October from 11:30am to 1:00 pm These meetings are preceded by our monthly Board of directors meetings from 11:00 to 11:30 am. Quarterly Meetings are typically held at the NECA IBEW Training Center at 16021 NE Airport Way in Portland, OR. Everyone is welcome.

MONTHLY MEETINGS All other monthly Board meetings are held at 7:00 am on the third Thursday of February, March, May, June, August, September,November, and December. These meetings are typically held at:
